Our pricing is dependant on the size, materials, time,
logistics, delivery and / or installation of any particular project.

Custom Design work is currently billed at a rate of
$45.00 per
hour. Designs will be
presented in blue print form as well as illustrated form. Items such as
garden features, including bird baths, garden benches, and other stock
items do not require payment of the design fee, unless it is customized
for a particular design or application.
Ferree Studios will also produce a bid for rendering
your landscape or sculpture project. If we are rewarded with the a
contract for rendering your project based upon our bid, these
design fees will be rebated to our clients at completion of the project.
However, should the project
be awarded to another artist, all design fees will be retained by Ferree
Studios. In this situation our design fees will be billed at the
rate of $60 / hour.
All items sold in the State
of Pennsylvania are subject to the 6% State Sales Tax, unless the purchaser
is tax exempt.
If your project is beyond our scope we may employ
an associate or recommend an associate equipped to bring your project to
fruition. Design fees will be retained in this situation.
